Sslitovkin Love all the different toys your dogs love! Some of them I've never heard of so I just bought a few different ones for my spoiled girl!

TheModestMouse My dog (not GSD) is not a toy dog, but if anything she enjoys treat stuffed kongs. My cat loves toys; his kong wubba is his favorite and he has a toy sock money that he has played with since birth.

Venus has a 10" pink bubble gum jollyball outside that she ate the handle off. Otto has been hogging it and it's too disgusting to bring inside for rainy day play.

So I ordered 2 8" push and plays in pink bubblegum - they LOVE THEM! Otto can't hog both at the same time because he can only fit one in his mouth. Venus can't eat off the handle that isn't there. Love them so much I ordered 2 more in 6" size for outside. Maybe, if spring ever shows up.

gurlonfire2004 My puppy will be 5 months old on Saturday. She loves the flirt pole! She knows where it's kept (even if I move it) and she looks longingly at it every time we pass it. Her flirt pole has this toy attached to it, which she also loves:

She also loves stuffed squeaky toys and squeaky balls. She likes the Hollee treat ball, that's a recent acquisition.

I also got a Nina Ottosson puzzle, but she has only used it once.

She doesn't destroy her toys, but she does destroy any paper products that she finds: cardboard, newspaper, junk mail, tissues, paper towels, etc.

Eiros Another vote for the everlasting fun ball! One of the few things he hasn't destroyed.

He prefers things he can destroy so there's not much that can stand up to him!

sechattin Top ones are probably the squeaker Kong tennis ball and a lambskin tug that he loves for the fluff and I love for the shock absorbing stretch handle. But the KING of all toys for Kaiju? Cardboard tubes - toilet paper ones, paper towel ones, gift wrap ones, doesn't matter they're all fun crack to him. There is officially an event at my house called "Tube Frenzy" where my friends bring all their saved tubes and a case or two of hard cider and we spend an hour drinking and watching Kaiju go nuts in a pile of 75-100 cardboard tubes.

Serbrider Well... are we talking about toys they SHOULD have? Or toys she prefers?

She loves napkins. Absolutely loves them. She sees a napkin, she'll run to it and start ripping it to pieces.

She gets a lot of bones to chew on as I feed her raw.

Her favorite "toy" is either our red tug, or the cat's wubba. Ever since I brought her home she found it and has been obsessed with it. This thing:

Otherwise... she'll play with something if I work her up to it... but she's really not very toy motivated. Even for the wubba mouse.

SunCzarina Otto loves anything remotely round that can be thrown or kicked. He's also very into road cones and balls he can squash flat with his jaws.

Venus is into stuff she can chew up. Eat the feet off a cuz, handles off the jollyball if I leave it where she can chew it. Right now, she's working over what 15 years ago was a very expensive double coated, machine braided marine line. We gave it to her one day when she ran through several tugs in a week - the line stands up to her chewing because it's so many layers and so long.

DellaWrangler After the ungodly amount of money I've spent on various toys for her (including those crazy expensive elk antlers), this is what the pup loves to play with (in order of preference): a) empty plastic bottles, "liberated" from the recycling bin; b) sticks; c) cardboard boxes. About the only commercially-bought toys she cares about are her flirt pole and the squeaky fetch balls. Everything else -- she could take it or leave it.
