SunCzarina Middle, it's 30lbs give or take (kg * 2.2 = lb)

That is a bit big but I think this puppy is closer to 3 months than 10 weeks. Venus was a big black puppy, 20lbs at 9 weeks, she just grew fast because she was in a small litter of 5. She was pretty much done growing at 7 months.

Venus at about 11 weeks, with my male and a 2ft fence for size reference

middleofnowhere I don't translate kg into lbs, but my current puppy was absolutely huge at 11 weeks when I picked her up.

I'm confused that if both parents are GSDs how the breeder can also assert "timber wolf" in there? That might be wishful thinking on the breeder's part or just an offhand remark that's meaningless.

My pup heels when I have kibble in my left hand, and is just now at about 6 months interested in messing with "her" training toy. Engagement is something I've had to work on with her. My 4 yo, as a pup, was a complete contrast. She was smaller, came "out of the box" with full engagement, house trained easily, has not counter surfed then or now, played fetch or keep away with any toy from the get go.

So if the behavior is what you are questioning regarding either age or breed --- don't. It varies greatly from dog to dog. (within the breed.)

she is a heart melter was love at first sight, yes I think that sounds more realistic good, she is very good at walking on a leash heals exceptionally well and plays fetch as if it was natural. Apparently the breeder said she has timber wolf in her but i do not believe that as I live in Melbourne Australia and she does not look anything like a wolfdog.

adopted a 10 week pup and she is huge! 14kg

Hi,

I have received an all black pup from a friend who got her of a breeder unfortunately as he already has a male german shepherd his partner said he had to give the pup back but after looking after her for the weekend I've fallen in love and am keeping her.

She is supposedly 10 weeks old but she weighs 14.3 kg!

She seems to act like a 10 week old pup, clumsy playful, attention seeker she doesn't know how to bark yet.

Her feet are huge but her legs are short.

After doing bait of research though I don't believe she is 10 weeks, and i have a feeling she is not pure breed though my friend says both the parents are, either way she is beautiful nature but has anyone heard of a female pup being 14kg at 10 weeks?
