He's sable, color subject to change every 6 months.
Manly eyeliner in a DDR, it's too dark especially with the reverse mask but he's a punk so I let it slide.

|Jakesworld||Hey DaniFani, Jake has some light circles around his eyes I love the light circles. I was referring to the skin eyeliner with no fur next to his eye. I'll try to get a pic.|

Haha, pic to explain what you mean? I think I know what you're talking about, and I agree with your sentiment. I don't care for the light ring around the eyes you see a lot in the czech/ddr lines, darker sables either.
I thought this was going to be about putting eyeliner on dogs lol. You could always color the fur in! haha, I kid.

EYELINER , light or dark
Hi guys, so this might seem silly or superficial to some. My GSD Jake has very light eyeliner. Well, more like gray/flesh brown. It's something I've never thought about before, or noticed in other dogs. All my GSDs over the years have had jet black eyeliner. As a pup Jake had dark eye skin, and eyes so dark I couldn't see his pupils, but his eyeliner has faded as he's aged. He's 8 months yesturday. I prefer the black eyeliner. I think it gives them a stunning appearance and intense stare. Don't get me wrong, I love him to death. I think Jake is very handsome. And I tell him that, literally everyday! Sometimes the lighter skin reminds me of a pit bull though. So how common is light eyeliner in a fairly dark sable? He's got the muddy heals, striped toes and very very dark eyes. He's East German/Czech/DDR lines if that makes a difference.
