We are currently using tear mender glue for our girl. She has a problem ear as well.

Does he have lots of stuff to chew on? Jaw muscles and ear muscles are somehow connected.
If the tip fold concerns you, google how to use a breath right strip to get that to stand up. He's wicked cute but if you don't fix it now, it might not ever come up. Even if it does, the tip's going to flop when he runs.
Venus had a sloppy ear. One straight up at 5 months and never tipped, the other one would flop over to the side, not the tip like yours is doing. It came up and stood correct by 7 1/2 months. Her breeder said she's never had one who's ears didn't eventually come up so I just took it as good comedy and got used to the lab mix comments. Both ears are up now and she still gets that once in a while.

I think he/she is fine. Ours is almost 5 months and has the same ear behavior.

I have a GSD - 6 months.
The dog has o problem with ears, one is up all the time but other one in up only in the morning and in the attention moments.
Do you thing is possible in the future, it has the both ears up ?
