wolfy dog At 16 weeks: if I wouldn't interfere:
biting, biting and biting, bugging the old dog, counter surfing, pulling the table cloth off the table (regardless what's on it), pulling on electric cords, pestering the pet rats in their cage.
If I am with him: eating, fetching and tug, following me around the house and all the way last: sleep. Obedience, as a favorite, is not on the list, yet...Life is too interesting. Having his gums massaged in the evening when he is tired.

It's jealousy driven behavior. If I'm rubbing on one of them the other *must* one-up the other and it begins this vicious circle of being close to me. Ends up with lots of GSD in my lap. I have a command to stop it, but I rather enjoy two flailing canines fighting over space in my lap.

And yes, I have been allowing them unfettered access to my person as long as they have been with me. They don't just pile into my lap willy-nilly, I have a command that lets them know that they are allowed to mob me. It's great for bonding and aside from the testicular trauma it's one of my favorite things in the world.

Sunflowers It is his expen.
He tried when he was little, put his paws up on it, and the panels came together and pinched his paw pad. He screamed bloody murder. Hasn't tried since.
