Cassidy's Mom Any time I switch (unless it's a dog with a sensitive tummy), I usually do 2 or 3 meals at 75% new/25% old, then 2 or 3 meals at 50/50, and 2 or 3 meals at 25/75 before switching over to 100% of the new food. As long as the stools are okay during the transition you shouldn't need to go any slower than that. If the stools aren't as good as usual, you could do 2 or 3 days at each level, or more if you think it's necessary.

Ygor2012 I would just mix some together and see if that works.

Switching from one Earthborn to another

I have a 2 year old German Shepherd who seems to have lost interest in the lamb Earthborn Holistic food. I have decided that I am going to be switching to the Earthborn Holistic bison food.

Can anyone tell me how to switch her over? I normally switch them over slowly but wasn't sure if it was completely necessary since it is the same manufacturer. Thanks in advance.
