Becoming more aggressive as she gets older, currently 1.5 yrs old

Over the past 6 months or so, Macey has started lashing out to our other two dogs (miniature schnauzer, and lab). This behavior is increasing in intensity and frequency, and I'm afraid that the outcome is not going to be good for any of them.

Macey does have and is treated for a thyroid problem, but it doesn't seem to be stopping the random attacks on the other dogs.

So, my question; what training or behavior modification should I be looking into for Macey? I absolutely adore this dog and don't want to give her up... Hopefully someone can help point me in the right direction... I sincerely appreciate any advise.
