Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, john and his friend sally both spotted a dalmatian inside a truck with sirens, headed to put out a fire. State what the 2x4 is made of.

Mikelia My guys love them. I have 2 moderate chewers and 2 extremely heavy chewers who can demolish any toy on the market and have never had any issues with antlers. There is always a chance of course, I know a person who broke her front tooth eating a muffin. Anything can happen.

pyratemom When I first started getting deer antlers Raina loved them, then she went through a period where they didn't interest her at all. I stuffed a freeze dried treat in the chewed on end of one and suddenly her interest is back. She will happily gnaw on one while I sit and watch TV in the late evening. Guess she got bored with it for awhile. I don't leave her alone with the antlers though as she has really strong jaws and could break a tooth if she got carried away.

llombardo I heard or read somewhere that there was some issues with deer, so I switched to elk.

stmcfred I got one for Lola when I first got her. She doesn't like it though.

MaggieRoseLee If they are a licker/chewer they seem to be ok. But if your dog is a biter/chewer I'd not recommend them. Lot's of reports coming out recently of dogs breaking their teeth.

Sp00ks Mine loves them. He works on the marrow mostly. He is NOT a super hard chewer.

Dainerra Singe gets one only with supervision because he is a very hard and aggressive chewer. With a "super chewer" you will need to supervise anything you give them - they might break a tooth or they might break off pieces of what they are chewing on.

Serbrider A lot of people love them for their dogs. if your dog is a very rough/hard chewer, might not be a good idea bc they are very dense and could break a tooth. But for most dogs, most chewers, antlers are awesome.

Weird question (antlers safe to chew?)

Ok this is a strange question but, one of my friends said his dogs as puppies loved chewing on antlers when they were puppies. He gave her one and she freakin loves the thing. is it bad for her to chew on it?
