GSD Dad Thanks again to all who took the time to respond, I may have to find a few sample packs and see how Mr Picky pants likes it. 😜

Abby142 After trying several different brands we have finally settled on the Grain Free Fromm. My girl has done very well on it. We have tried rotating flavors but the Beef seems to be her favorite, that that is what she mostly gets now. Great food!

Ali B. I feed my girls Fromm Gold large breed adult. Haven't had any issues with it, they seem to like it and their stools are nice and firm.

I was using tow, untill the last recall, when I found mine had just finished a bag that was recalled, until there's more quality control, I won't by any diamond products, just my 2 cents, lots of folks on this board feed tow

dawnandjr I started using Fromm recently and like it. Coat is great, poops are great.

NJDobbie My experience with them is that they are very expensive for what they are. I used Surf and Turf and stools never firmed. They are pretty light on animal protein. The other thing it is almost cruel to feed a large dog Fromm GF because the kibble is so darn small. You are from Philly? Try Annamaet Salcha. Better food, simpler and cheaper. Also a local PA company.

LARHAGE I feed Fromm kibble and canned, I too switch the varieties so they get variety, am currently feeding the pork and applesauce flavor with the shredded pork cans and my dogs love it, great shiny coats and solid stools, I love Fromm!!

I have consulted two different vets, neither of which were as concerned about Thor's eye boogers as I am. The second vet suggested switching brands of food, and if that didn't resolve it, consider a limited ingredient formula to try and narrow it down to what may be his mild allergy.
