If feeding fresh fish, always cook it b/c of the parasites, or make sure it is frozen for several weeks before feeding.

Fresh fish

I'm not talking about a Shawshank Redemption reference. Does anyone in the DelMAVA or southern Pa region have a source for fresh or frozen fish to feed raw.

From what I've seen at a few grocers are frozen fish sourced from China.... and I don't want any of that.

So if there are any markets or online that deliver I'm open to some suggestions

Mainly mackerel or sardines
