pets4life I was thinking about taking in my cousins pair of african greys, but I dont know what kind of material they would chew threw?

They are bonded to each other I wanted something big enough so I dont have to clip their wings.

Ava_Shepsky If there are enough birds for them to have a flock and a social life while you are away and you keep them stimulated I'd say go for it. But they do need special lighting. Mine live in the basement (with me) as well

onyx'girl vita lights or full spectrum lighting. Most indoor breeding operations aren't using natural daylight. I would have an air cleaner installed too...and clean out the filters regularly. Make sure the humidity level is up/ but not mold 'up'! I think the ambient temperature is just as important as lighting.
