trcy Kaleb has pano, but his pasterns are ok. He is limping pretty bad. The breeder mentioned it today at the club. I was told to watch his weight, rest him and give him meds. Riley had pano to. From what I read it is common in large breeds and happens more in the males.

Soundguy OP, the toeing out on the left leg could be somewhat appearance only. When a pastern is down, the foot appears to toe out more than it structurally does. I think when the pastern comes back up, you won't notice the foot pointing out as much.

lucky13 My lucky is 9mo. He has begin to limp on his front right. He still wants to run a play but I can tell something is wrong. He was 60 lbs at 6 months. Dont know now but his appetite is decreasing. Im seeing alot of his symptoms with the pano that is being described. What are the cures I need to be seeking

AKIRA3 Akira had to wear a splint on her leg for a fractured paw.
She had it taken off after 7 weeks just yesterday.
We noticed her pasterns look like the dog in the post here.
What do we do now?
Will it ever return back to normal?

How do I get his pasterns and leg paw to correct?

I have in the last few weeks

switched his dry food from Blue Wilderness Large Breed puppy to Nature Domain Salmon - costco store brand that is same as Taste of the Wild. He now is eating 4 cups a day. He loves the new food.

No long eating any raw

I am giving him a good serving of bone broth with both meals - bone broth is made per Carmen's recipe from the link.

Also feeding him some berries as snacks for vitamin C

I have him on a GNC supplement for joints so be can get his MSM.

What else should I be doing? He weights 51-52 pounds and is 22 weeks old
