|LokiTheLady||I am crate training! But she's got an Olympic bladder, I swear! It's pretty much the same with the crate. She'll whine, I'll pick her up, she'll dribble on the way out-crate is now right next the door, we'll go outside, play/etc get her to release her bladder, and luck. It'll be another few hours before she even hints she needs go again.|

May help to put straw out for awhile.
Are you also crate training like most of us?

Hi there! Quick question, my breeder started potty training the pups while she had them, of course. She said she put hay down, because it's snowy and the pups were quite cold when she took them outside. I can definitely see where she started to train them, because Loki is awesome about holding it and whining, but for the life of me, I can't get her to go potty outside. I'll bring her in for five seconds, she'll dribble in my arms, I'll take her back out, and that'll be it. She'll hold it for another hour.
Should I put straw down? Would that help her acclimate? If I do put straw down, will I always need straw for her to use the restroom?
