The simplest thing to do would be to keep the raw meat and yogurt the same, but increase the kibble as necessary. Nupro is based on weight, so use their guide for that. Once she's past the rapid growth of puppyhood you can revisit your supplementation with the meat and yogurt and decide if you want to increase those or not.
And rather than worry about the exact quantity to increase the kibble, just go by her condition. If she feels a bit more ribby than usual, give her a little more, if she starts to feel chubbier than usual cut it back a little, similar to what your breeder suggests. I try not to over think things too much at that age because they change so fast. The perfect amount of food this week may not be by next week, but 1/4 cup a day too much or too little isn't the end of the world.

|MrsFergione||I don't necessarily think she's underweight, the breeder told me she usually goes by vision so if she can see one rib visibly she keeps the food the same, too many ribs more food no ribs less food. I'm able to visible see two. Did a bit more research this morning and seems if I am feeding 4oz twice a day raw I would decrease food by 1 cup. This would mean feeding 1 cup twice daily which is very close to what I'm doing anyway. Would just need to increase 1/3 cup in the morning.|

How to increase the ratio?
When our puppy came home she was eating the following twice a day:
3/4 cup dry high prairie puppy
Tennis ball size raw meat
Spoonful of yogurt or cottage cheese
1/3 scoop nupro supplement
I'm not exactly sure how to increase this as she gets bigger. Once I noticed her seeming a bit thin I in creased to 1 cup of dry at night and that's been fine but I. I think she needs another increase. Do the meat and yogurt/cottage cheese need to be increase as well when I increase the dry food? The supplement directions are simple but I'm not sure about the food.
Thanks! She's almost 6 months and 50lbs if that matters, will end up about 70.
