I wanted something a little smaller, more agile (I'd like to do agility and dock diving), something silly and happy, healthier than a GSD and a breed that lived longer. In my eyes Dalmatians are GORGEOUS. I love that they are athletic, smart and fun loving dogs. I met 10 adult Dalmatians and 7 Dalmatian puppies and they were all the same. Happy, friendly, goofy, loving, affectionate and crazy. This is definitely the breed for me. I am a Dal person for life!

|Harry and Lola||I love looking at these pics, having successfully introduced a 3 year to an 8 week old and 2 years on they love each other very much, it is a joy to see older shepherds with younger ones|

My boys, Kaen and Boone
I adopted Kaen from a local shelter in 2009, age unknown but we guess he was approx. 3-4 then so now about 7-8. He is a big boy, 125 lbs. Brought home a GSD pup at the end of Sept, he is now 17 weeks old, his name is Boone. Kaen is doing his best to tolerate the "new kid" and as Boone grows, the two of them seem to be getting along better. Kaen is quite good at letting Boone know when he's doing something wrong! Here is Kaen:
And Boone a couple days ago:
And this is a short video I made the 1st week of October of Kaen & Boone.
