Ahh they don't bother me much except when they throw acorns at me and my car lol we have a tree where there is 6 of them living the dogs love to chase them as the squirrel's like to taunt them and the cats. My dogs like to chase away any critter that comes into our yard.

|vprasad||I Have a lot of fruit trees in my yard and there are a LOT of squirrels and raccoons that come over. But my pup Sunny does a great job at chasing them away!|

So far neither dog has caught anything. I may change my stand if one of them ever decides to bring me a dead one as a present lol|

I have several mature walnut trees in my yard and they are also all over the neighborhood.
With walnuts come squirrels and there was a bumper crop of walnuts this year. I could have bagged them and sold them if it wasn't so much work to produce just one nut let alone a whole bag.
Squirrels are everywhere around here. Not red or grey squirrels, but the big fox squirrels that are the size of a small cat.
Lisl loves to chase them back into the trees and I let her. I want her to use that prey drive, not suppress it.

Ok so Bear has been doing great sence we moved to a place with our own back yard, and she is now leaving the accorns alone, but now she has taken to barking at the squirrel's, the little boogers are comming down into the middle of the yard and chattering at her. I dont want to let her out just to allow her to chase them away. but man she gets really worked up, and i cant figure out why but the same thing for birds.
