Thanks, I figured. I knew it was early but a friend of mine was shaving his yorkie pups ears yesterday and it just got me thinking.
Thanks for the input!! I can definitely tell they are starting to perk up though.

|Cassidy's Mom||I've never done that with my coaties. At 10 weeks old it's WAY too early to be worrying about the ears standing up. I'd just leave things alone and see what happens. If they're not up in a few months you have plenty of time to tape them.|

Do you ever trim the hair behind the ears to help with standing...
Just curious. My guy is only 10 weeks tomorrow so I have plenty of time and just this last week his ears have started to show some perkiness to them at the bases but he also has pretty thick hair on the back of them, I think he will be a plush coat but still not sure. Anyway I know we have trimmed the hair on our yorkies ears when they were pups to help encourage them to stand as well as massages. So I was just curious if anyone here has done that. I love the fluffiness of the ears so I don't want to disrupt that either
