The ears. I am dying. So cute.
Just make sure you keep him lean (but not skinny) and as long as he's healthy he'll be fine.

Omg he is sooo cute with those huge ears. As to your question: take him to the vet or a local pet store just to weigh him. Then just watch his weight gain. My girl started out very, very tiny and didn't seem to meet any of the charts for age and weight until around 5 months when she was spot on for size and weight. I suggest just watching for good growth and 2-3 lbs. of weight gain per week until around 6-8 months when weight gain tends to slow just a bit.
Feed him well; exercise him well; train him well and more importantly love him well and he will be just fine.

He's going to be awesome! Huge GSD are fun to look at but not as much fun to pick up or travel with. His ears say to me that he will be tall and long but not a monster. His paws are not as large as his ears.
Take it with a grain of salt. I don't have a fancy title on my dog.
Congrats on the awesome puppy. Best of luck!

Hey, my puppy Kobe is about 14 weeks, and I was wondering if you guys think he is the right size for his age? I am thinking he is small for his age.
