I actually noticed at a flyball tournament this weekend that people who had the more reactive/aggressive dogs were total jerks.
I think owner's personalities definitely rub off on their dogs to some degree.

dogs steal my characteristics?
Call me crazy but I observed that both Riley and Lobo both who I raised stole my characteristics. Mine are outgoing, curious, confident, animated, funny, goofy, and a very strong character. I can be like barky silly kind and Riley to do that too. Lobo (thanks for those advices months back. We became closer since.) is an animated, curious, outgoing, and goofy kiddo. For example, on our walks I get impatient when he sniffs or sniffs a dog and wants to continue. He gets impatient when I talk to people, say hi to dogs, eat blackberries, etc and gets whiny and pully wanting to continue too. Whenever I become excited they both do. I love both Riley and Lobo the same equally.
