Do a different class to begin with. I've been in classes with siblings- not fun for the owners, the dogs or other people in class. Have the trainer do some private lessons to make sure you aren't sending signals that are causing the barking. And continue with the training.

German shepherd puppies are difficult! Don't feel guilty or blue about it.
For barking, you can try:

Barking at people and dogs
My soon to be 6 month old female gsd has recently been excessively barking at random people and dogs. I have been taking her to see new things such as exposing her to parks, boardwalks and beaches were there is a lot of people, kids, dogs and noises. I also have started obedience school with her and her sisters in the class, who she hates because they had a bad encounter, so they are separated in class (but will bark at her if she walks by). The trainer said it is not an aggression issue, but feels she's in her teenage 'girlie' stage.
How do I train her to stop barking at people and dogs, and calm her down? I want to be able to take her to parks and beaches, and have people be able to pet her and have positive encounters.
I feel like I am doing something wrong with her
