|Liesje||My last puppy was 9lbs at 7 weeks (a few days shy of 8 weeks). He's now about 80lbs, very normal sized male.|

Spread some baby food or canned food down and let the puppy lick it while you give the shot. The puppy won't even know you're there.

|Liesje||I've helped do it a few times, even with an experienced person giving the shot there's always been two people. I hold the puppy while the other person pinches the scruff and gives the vaccine, then I keep holding the puppy and rub the area for a minute or so until we do the next puppy.|

|Nigel||I've had my sister, brother in law, or mother in law do it for me, they all three are or were nurses. I can't stand needles, they are my kryponite. when buying vaccines from places like TSC check the dates. We started getting ours from the vet, cost a little more, but no worries over how the product was handled and such.|

Puppy DIY 6 Week Shots ( Help)
i just gave my puppy his 6 week diy self shot from TSC.
When i administered it into the back of the neck, He yelped, I had to stick him 3 times because he wouldnt stop wiggling.
I finally got it, hopefully right? it bubbled, i rubbed it in. A PAIN!
was more worried and nervous then hard.
Is that normal, Any tips or advice for his 9 weeks?
