|Nigel||Glad you were able to "unstuck" the pole. I know all about destroying phones, I killed 5 in a little over a year and a half, 3 to the washing machine, one to welding spatter burning a hole in it, and one cracked/split in my pocket, nothing but cheap ones for me.|

Poor little Penny! And you! Glad she is okay.
I hope the rice trick works for your phone

I'm glad it turned out ok with Penny.
It's too bad about the phone, but phones are things, things can be replaced.

Scared me half to death
So was out on the deck this evening drinking my tea and playing on my new phone (just got it 3 days ago so was just learning the ins and outs of it) Penny was on the deck with me like usual and I had her flirt pole on the deck, well I didn't notice she started to chew the pole part and the whole thing got stuck in behind one of her teeth? it was so stuck she started screaming! I ran over and tried to get it out but couldn't it was stuck in there good, and I started to panic (yes I know not good in a situation like that but I couldn't help it) I started screaming for help because I didn't know what else to do... finally just as my neighbor came running over I was able to pop it out... this whole ordeal lasted maybe a minuet.... so Penny is fine I think she was more scared than anything and she goes back to laying down and I sit back down crying because I was upset/scared/shakey ect. and I look for my phone... well I either tried to put it in my pocket and it dropped out or I flung it when I rushed over to Penny... well long of the short of it it ended up in Penny's water dish! Brand new phone only 3 days old is now sitting in rice and I am hoping and praying that by tomorrow it will be ok! Ugg what an ordeal! Tonight has not been a good night
