|pyratemom||It's great that your dogs help take care of the FIL. Alzheimer's patients get lost all to often when they wander off. My aunt is an Alzheimer's patient and some days she remembers things and other days she just decides to leave the nursing home. She wears an electronic ankle bracelet so she can't sneak out without someone knowing. I'm not admitting how old I am but I do remember Hee Haw!|

What do they mean?
"What do folks mean when they say time is money?"
"Well, if you give twenty-five cents to Archie and twenty-five cents to Junior, thatís a quarter-to-two."
I apologize if this is just to corny. We have my Father-in-law living with us and he has Alzheimerís pretty bad. He enjoys watching Hee-Haw, so naturally we all watch with him from time to time. Just thought it was funny, and see if any folks here remember that old show.
Donít worry, we wonít tell anyone how old we are.
BTW: One of our two girls are always in his room on the floor when he sleeps. Itís like they take turns keeping an eye out. They come in our bedroom and bark when he gets up at night.
