|skier16||their are scripts that target all forums with similar registration requirements. An easy way to weed out the more basic ones is adding a question like "whats your favorite kind of dog" and having a choice of like 4. very easy to do from the admin side.|

|Castlemaid||If there are several spam posts/threads from the same spammer - just report one. All posts will be deleted when we ban the spammer - it's an automatic feature.|

|angelas||I don't know if people just catch it before i do on the weekdays, but Sundays always seem to be worst. I've taken a break from reporting them. it's rather annoying to wait 60 seconds between reports when you just want to move on with what's new and have a penchant for forgetting to go back and report them.|

|Castlemaid||It's always a different IP, so no use in banning the IP. Looks more like savy users who know how to use the system to post their spam - wonder if they get paid by the # of links succesfully posted?|

How are these spam bots getting registered?
Isn't there a captcha or something to register? Been so long since I reg'd up up I forgot. Y'all traced an IP yet?
