marshies Back to her normal self today. Still a little tired...but laid with me for a cuddle.

Angelina03 I just saw this. I'm glad it went well and hope she recovers quickly. I'm sure she loves you, and probably even more now.
I have a cat that was very viscious. When we got her spayed she became a bit sweeter. After we got her declawed (only because she was really tearing everyone up), she became the sweetest little thing. She still gets mad and bites sometimes, but it is much less frequent.

Nigel Don't over think it, she is a little uncomfortable and she will be back to her old self soon.

blackshep She loves you and trusts you, she's just not feeling very hot right now.

Any updates? How is she today?

KatsMuse Naw...she loves you! Good that she's comfortable.
I'm glad she made it through the surgery so well.

She'll do fine.
In a couple of days, you'll have to keep her from trying to jump and run like her crazy self again.

marshies So this may be just me over-thinking the whole thing, but I have a distinct feeling she likes me and trusts me ALOT less after the surgery.

T_____T.

At least she's all drugged up and comfortable. I took her to a really far away vet just so she could get the best laser spay I could find.

I felt awful last night. Here's hoping she'll be back to normal today.

Nigel I'm a little late for the surgery well wishing, but I hope she has a speedy recovery! Both my girls were back to themselves pretty quickly, your pup will be too. The biggest problem will be keeping her mellow until she's completely healed. We had our lab spayed right after a heat cycle and she was quick to mend as well.

marshies Came back. Vet said she was fresh out of heat so uterus was quite big. She is pouty now and mooing as she lies there. Went out to potty. Ate a bit of kibble with egg but refused water.

Thanks for the thoughts again. I'm looking forward to when she's perkier, even if it is more challenging for me.
