abbreviation key...

anyone have a link (here or elsewhere) to a key for all these abbreviations?

CGC, BH, TD, RAE, CDX, NA, NAJ, NAP, NJP, OA, VCD2, AX, AXJ, CL1-R, CL1-F, RA, RN, TT, HIT, TDI

etc...

a couple i know, some i can probably figure out, google also helped me a bit, but i'd like to have a more complete abbreviation key on hand. (sch, obedience, agility, herding, therapy and so on)
