I know I'm responding to this post late, but Lincolnwood GSD club is hosting a Temp Test in October. Here is a link to their page and then you can click on the Temperament Test for more info and the application

We're doing an ATTS TT on July 12, not sure if that's the same thing.
http://www.atts.org They have a list of the upcoming test and the test criteria.
