CanAm Classic 2012 Video

I went to the CanAm Classic today to check out the awesome Wolfstraum dogs (Errow and Fyurie). I got to meet Caja's Mom as well their puppy from similar lines as the Wolfstraum dogs. In between races, I also spotted one other GSD, a Bill Kulla (Geistwasser) dog named Spirit. Here's a very condensed version of the video I took today.

Errow ran a lot in the morning, and Fyurie ran a lot in the afternoon-- which was opposite of last year. So this year I got there super early (my super early is a little after 8am...) and caught all of Errow's runs. I had an afternoon commitment, so I couldn't stay for all of Fyurie's runs, but I did stay for the first...

Yep- and I did watch Ruff Enuff win the multibreed (at least I think I did). It was a fun event, probably a lot more fun if you're actually participating.

Wow, thanks for the video. Super racing weekend. Ruff Enuff did awesome and it was a well deserved win. We raced from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm on Sunday, long long day plus it was day 3 of racing. The finals started at about 8 for all of the divisions and the championship. Three out of our 4 teams made it to their division finals but each one didn't have enough speed to take the top spot. Errow's team was undefeated going into the last race as was at least 1 other team but got smoked in the final. We are heading to Maine in few weeks.

Trish- it was so nice to meet you and to get a chance to talk. I know that was a super crazy busy place, so I really appreciated the short moments we could talk. I'm so impressed that the dogs can run over and over for such a long day. Sure makes it exciting for you guys!

Well, it's not agility early either. But it is my "don't have anything to do this morning" weekend early. I mean- I get up at 8:10 on weekdays, so getting up prior to 8am on weekends is pretty early, for me.
