Default Treats for nosework?

What treats does everyone use for nosework? I was using hot dogs and/or cheese with Frieda, but those have become the high value treats for our reactive dog class, so I'm looking for something new.

I make mini beef and cheese meatballs.

90% lean ground beef
3 - 4 eggs
bread crumbs (about a cup or more)
basil
oregano
garlic powder
Parmesan cheese
Strong smelling cheese like extra-sharp cheddar, Provolone, or Blue cheese

Shape into mini meatballs, place on greased baking sheet, bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Cool, then cut into quarters. They freeze well too, so I will make a big batch and have enough for a few training sessions.

I don't really measure anything out, but I start with 2 pounds of beef. If you use more than 8 - 10 oz of cheese, they may stick to the cookie sheet.

If you want something that doesn't need to be refrigerated, my dogs go bonkers for these: http://www.ziwipeak.com/nzl/treatsfamily.shtml

You can buy it at amazon.com.

Are you still on food? You need it to be smelly. I use the same food to reward as what they search for.

I've used leftover chicken, breakfast sausage, liverwurst, salmon treats.
