Flyball at Home?

I was wondering what you guys use for flyball at home, if anything. Like materials for the jumps, and a box?
My trainer said that I could make a ramp-type makeshift box and put the tennis ball on there with velcro, but since the ball wouldn't spit out at Ozzy, he'd probably have to slow down before hitting the box to get the ball off of the velcro, which seems detrimental to flyball training! lol

Any ideas?
