Just so nobody gets the wrong idea - I didn't make that video. I just happened to find it on YouTube and wanted to share. There are a couple of other good working dog videos on there, too.

thank you for posting. I highly recommend the complete video, which runs about 60 minutes.

The title is "WAR DOGS - America's Forgetten Heroes."

The video is a documentary about the dogs that served in the Vietnam War, and how that saved thousands of American lives. It also documents the strong bonds that developed between dogs and handlers. The sad part is few of these dogs were returned home, they were treated by the military as surplus equipment, and were either killed or remained in Vietnam after the war.

If you wish to purchase the video either search the net for War Dogs or call 1-877-WAR-DOGS (toll free).

A portion of the proceeds go the War Dogs Memeorial Fund in Washington, D.C.

I purchased the video, and it is well worth viewing.
