Hi, I just came across a thread that is old, How is Lola and her itchy skin? Has it improved? If not please consider getting her thyroid checked. My vet did not think to check my dogs thyroid when she had a horrible rash, another vet did a complete blood profile, including a T-4 for thyroid when she was ill. It turned out that she was hypothyroid. The itchy rash went away and has not come back since she was started on the thyroid medicine. I didn't see where you posted an update. Sometimes people don't think thyroid with a rash, but it is a possibility. Hope Lola is doing well!

All is well :) We've been away for a week at a cottage, and I've had a lot of things to tackle for my sister's wedding!
That's exciting about your pup! Now the real wait begins. Time will fly by though, although I found the last week to be the longest LOL
In our situation, we actually were planning to bring home a pup in the Spring, but at the last minute thought we could handle one sooner. Michelle told us they had 2 pups available out of a litter (they were 7-10 days old or so). We didn't end up bringing that pup home though as he developed a health issue, but Michelle offered us Jazmyn instead and the rest is history (we brought her home just after New Years).
