Just saw your message, and hope all is going well with you and your Maggie. If I remember correctly you needed some advise on a good dog food. I hope you got the answers you were looking for. My choice is Blue Buffalo or Orijin....with the latter my top choice, although it is hard to come by. You can get either product at "Pets West", just west of Fort Worth. I used Blue for a long time with great results....as my Maggie loved it. On the other hand, Blue had a recall late last year....I can't recall why they had the recall, but I think it did not apply to all their products. But due to the recall, and a desire to try something new, I have gone to Orijin .

Help, I am new here. I have had my GSD for a week today; she is 6 weeks old. She is such a sweetheart, but I hav never had to housetrain a dog. I put her down for the night in her kennel (open) at about 9:30. She wakes up at 11:00 pm, 3:00 a.m. and again around 6:00 am I take her out each time. I have a little area for her but when do I trust and allow her in the family area with the rest of us?
