Did you see my thread on the Dallas Seiger show? I was talking to Gilda's breeder this morning and she told me Dallas was hosting a show. I'm so pumped! I've never been to one and will probably end up loving it and wanting to get into it.

I hope to see you guys on the 8th...you won't recognize Sigourney! I have to look twice now when they are all laying down...she's not so tiny anymore!

I had to cut that sentence as my message was too long!

Merry Christmas and happy New Year! I hope your holiday's have been/are good. I went home (Oklahoma). You are correct I am not on the forum as much as I was. I kind of got bored with alot of it...not enough to quit but enough to not be as involved.

I got a call the very next day regarding the referral...I said you'd be fabulous! Have you gotten your first rescue yet? I think I would have a hard time letting them go...I cried and cried when the boys I fostered left..of course they were humans! I'm going back on the foster list in Jan (humans).

I guess you saw no class this sat. I'm not sure I'm going to continue taking all of them at once...it's so much work and they cry when they don't get to be the one out working/training. I know it gets annoying for everyone. With the cold months I may try sticking them back in the suv and see if that helps.

Of course you can use me for reference. My last name is Sweatt. 972 633 8142.
That's totally awesome you are going to foster. I foster kids but have never fostered dogs before...have too many of my own! :)

Look forward to you coming back out, jan/feb are some cold months for the humans but the dogs love it out there in the cold. If I don't talk to you have a Merry Christmas, be safe if you travel!

I saw the pics- My jaw DROPPED! It's amazing to me just how quickly they grow! She is turning into a fine young lady :) Most of the shopping is done- just a few more little things that I hope to knock out this week. I made the mistake of putting the dog's presents in their stockings already. They can smell the treats and it's driving them all crazy. I may cave in and let them enjoy them early.

We will be out of town this coming weekend, also. This has been a busy month for us. I'm ready for the new year and lots of quiet weekends! I miss coming out, but it won't be until the 2nd week of January until we are back out. By then Sigourney will be the size of Zoe!

Between the tiger crate and Reconcile- Zoe has been a perfect little angel.

I posted some 4 month pics of Sigourney...I think she has probably a grown a tad since you have seen her!

Have you gotten that shopping done yet? :) This sat will be the last one for a couple of weeks since Christmas is on a sat, not sure if she will have it new years day or which I think is also a sat.

I take it the tiger crate has continued to work well for you!

I keep forgetting to tell you this and since I just came across TOTW it reminded me. Wanted to make sure you know it's ok to feed the so called foods that have too much cal/pho after puppyhood. I think it's ok for adults, it's just a problem durin the growth period. I didn't want you to think you shouldn't ever feed it. :)

Hmm, no I didn't get it. Odd. Congrats on the turkey! You know what that means....everyone will want you to make it every year! :) Wow 7 lbs! That's allot!
Glad she is eating again. Gila looks awful too...she looks like she's lost weight but it's because she totally blew her undercoat....I mean TOTALLY! She has such a thick undercoat I forget she's actually thin under it. It will take a few weeks for it to come back in. It's normal for them to blow some when the winter coat comes in but I've never seen one blow the entire coat this time of year.

    Hope to see you sat!

I get it at Whole Foods. It comes in a good sized bottle- all different flavors. Zoe really likes the raspberry.

I don't blame you for that. Just be sure and do it very slowly. If you decide you're going to use it and want a large bag let me know.

I don't give the kefir yet, she gets a powder from the vet that i sprinkle on her food. i think she only has days left though so i need to get some. I've not seen their yogurt, where do you get it. i shop at market street and the carry kefir probiotic milk but no yogurt.

Katie, today's class is cancelled. You are on Alicia's distrib list but I think that is your work email so you may not see it this a.m. I don't have your phone number or I would call you. I hope you are on the forum this a.m. so you don't make a trip all the way out there. If you have personal email you may want to give it to Alicia for last minute cancellations (they are due to weather when they are last minute), or you can give me your phone number if you don't have one or prefer a call. Carla
