It's ok, you'll get her thru it! Been there, done that. I know it is stressful. Her little tummy is just upset right now. Doing an immediate switchover probably was the problem, if you've ruled out medical problems. The meds will help, so definitely do that. The vet may recommend a fasting period, which could help as well. She'll be just fine, just stick to a nice, bland diet and don't rush anything. Boiled chicken and plain white rice will get her normal again. Hang in there and do see the vet. She'll be fine!
I just want her stools to be normal. I have never had this problem with any other puppy before. This is my first GSD. I am nervous about it and am taking her to the vet in the morning. I just need some advice. The breeder told me to give her the anti diarrhea meds. This is starting to control my life. she is the smartest pup I have evr had. She is house broke already at 8 weeks she goes to the door and whines. I love her and just want the diarrhea to go away.
