I read a post and an attachment you put up on dog aggression and found it very helpful. I have 4 GSD's and a three year old male is starting to show some aggression against the 10 year old when I let them out at night. Barking and maybe a nip on the neck and a paw on the back type thing. I just got this guy a few months ago and was starting to do some bite work with him so I wanted to proceed with caution and not crush him like the previous owner did. Also doing OB and tracking. Usually I let pack behavior work its way out by itself and have no other problems other then this. happens maybe 35% of the time but I do not want it to increase but was not sure how to handle it. I originally thought that he was trying to replace Otto's position in the pack. Any suggestions.

Telefunken is a tabletop model called Allegro. Yeah, the thing was freaking huge and apparently, he has the optional stand for it also! Thanks, I thought I found it online, but they were all on...table tops! Kinda confusing??

The Vincent sounds (no pun) intended cool! I get tube rolling, I want to add a tube buffer stage and change the OPAmps on a NAD 502 cd player but the display went out! And I see a lot of mixed messages on rather fixing that problem is worth while?? On one of my even more modest desktop setups a Realist SA 155 tripath amp 1.8 watts! I use an X can tube buffer for my Andriod phone and one Solo One RS speaker. The speaker "looks" better than it sounds but it's a fun little setup! I plan to get another Solo One and recap the pair and see what I get??

Well better stop here don't want to overdo it.

Ha,I ran into a word limit too!The Telefunken is a tabletop model called Allegro. The Vincent CD player(German company) has a tubed output. What I like about having tubes in every component is it's so simple to tweak the sound until it's just right by swapping tubes.Of course it's never perfect, but so close that I don't mess with it any more.I have spares of all of the low signal tubes and can get new power tubes as the need arises.

That's a lot of gear!Nothing wrong with horns! My brother is a fan,he has a pair of Klipcsh Heresy. He has a Sansui receiver he bought new in the 70s that still works .If you really want an SE low wattage amp you could unload some of that equipment on eBay and buy one, maybe even in kit form and build your own
We have an extremely modest system for the tv.A twenty year old Audiolab integrated,Polk speakers and sub, cheap Sony DVD player. No surround sound or anything. My brother has a seven channel Pioneer Elite system w/all Klipsch speakers and there is always something wrong with it!I'll just stick with the simple cheap system that has proven reliable
My main music system was bought on a budget, everything bought used from Audiogon except the CD player and cables.
We have three old tubed radios, all functional. One is a Telefunken stereo receiver with mostly original tubes that has a sound to die for!Got it free from a relative.I've enjoyed talking gear with you, later!

That's a good looking dog you have there in your avatar picture. How old are they? Boy or girl? WhTs their name? I had one that looked just like that. Black gsd are really striking beauties aren't they?

Hmm OK well I am going to take a stake firmly in both camps! If your looking for a PB I'd go with a quality breeder or a Rescue. Health issues and temperament are key a GSD with sound temperament can be a challenge a GSD with weak nerves...good luck with that!

On the other hand "I'm" looking for a "hybrid" dog also a ABD/Boxer mix first generation pup. I came close a couple weeks ago BullMastiff/Boxer mixes but they were third generations so they looked mostly like OS Boxers.

I want a first gen ABD/Boxer but that's just me.

I just wanted to throw this out there but have you ever heard of an ambullneo mastiff
heres the guys site that breeds them and they are great dogs as I have a 5 month old girl!

I have a question that I really don't want to start a whole new thread and I thought you might know. Gunther has been having a slight reaction when I squeeze his leg that had pano so to be safe I gave him another anti inflammatory. I've been doing the squeeze test because I know no other way to see if it's inflamed. First off, is this a good idea and second, will the pill harm him if it's not inflamed?
