Default Lost/Picked up German Shepherd in Biloxi, MS

My 1 year old german shepherd went missing a week ago. She loves playing in the woods around our house. I think somebody saw her in the woods next to the road and they picked her up for her safety or their benefit. She has a pink collar and one broken left rear paw.

Any info, please contact me: Patrickzgoldn@aol.com

I hope you find her soon, I am sure everyone one here will keep their eye out. My GSD was stolen back in June, I understand how you feel, we still don't have her back. I hope this story ends with good news, please keep us updated!

Good Luck!

I appreciate your help! Here is another picture of her. I wish I had more, but they are all of when she was a puppy.

I'm so sorry, Patrick! You must be devastated. I hope you find her really soon.

Here are some good tips on finding a lost dog:

Be sure and read the "Resources for Lost/Stolen Pets" at the top of this forum as well.

Best of luck to you and keep us posted.

Thanks for the tips. I can't believe that people would steal a dog or pick up a dog and not try to find the owner. She is an incredible dog and is probably the friendliest German Shepherd in the world. Her parents are US Task Force German Shepherds (her father was the son of one of the dogs that protected Ronald Reagan during his last term). I really hope I get her back and any info is greatly appreciated.

I can't believe it has been almost a month and I can't believe somebody would steal a dog. I have talked to everybody within a mile of our house and nobody has ever seen her. She disappeared at lunch time and we live next to a church. I am convinced somebody from the church took her, but I have put fliers all over the church and I didn't get any leads. She is overly friendly and loves car rides. She probably thought she was getting to go for a car ride and now she can't come back.

I know it seems to be a long shot, but I have heard wonderful things about http://www.findtoto.com

A mile around your house is not that large an area. When Find Toto located my friends dog, he was 15 miles in the exact opposite direction than she had been looking.
