I saw a tan and black German Shepard curled up in a ball along 35 near Gettysburg. I did not attempt to catch for fear of chasing it into the traffic. Called Animal Resource Center. When I called back later today, they said they were able to catch and did not have to put it down. I was afraid it had been hit. Looked like a nice dog, but never truly saw its personality. Looked fairly young. Hope its owner is looking for it and didn't just release it. Stop by Animal Resource Center on Webster.
