My family and I will be picking up our puppy on Easter. We originally wanted to find a rescue, but had a hard time finding a GSD that was cat friendly. Plus it'll be an amazing experience for my 6yr old daughter to watch and grow with our newest addition to the family.

Congratulations from another Floridian. Just to let you know our plan to get a puppy and make him cat friendly backfired -- so as long as you know that your GSD might never love or get along with your cat, but always want to chase it, then you'll be okay.
