New to the site not to the breed
I'm from the Chicago burbs and have a 10 week old pup. She is great! My parents always had GSD's growing up and once out of the house and on my own I had two rotties. Now that they have passed and we have found ourselves ready for another pup I decided to go back to my childhood with a GSD. I was looking at breeders and had one in mind but on a whim we stopped in a pet store.(against my normal better judgement) Well I saw this little girl and fell in love. She was great with our kids and to be honest she chose us. So that's what brought me here.

We named her Coco. My 2 yr old calls her coco puffs because she is puffy.. haha
Thank you for the kind words. She has been doing greate She was potty trained in a week while learning in your room and she goes into her crate. Sit and a few other commands were picked up very quickly. |

We tried rescues and all I heard was how I shouldn't have this type of dog because of our small kids. Than the others wanted a background check and home visit like I was adopting a child from overseas. I do not support the whole puppy store way of buying pups but like I said it was a complete whim and she was to much for us to pass her up.
