Hello,

My name is Jacob and I am a student at UNLV. I am 21 years old and have recently been interested into getting a dog. I have limited it down to a German Shepherd. I have been really considering it reading books on how to properly train and love this extremely intelligent creature. I am doing everything to make sure first and foremost I am ready for the commitment also that I get just the right one for me. This takes time and patience so I joined this site to not only become more informed but also see how much happiness this dog has brought to others. I have epilepsy which is another reason I was looking into the German Shepherd so it can be trained by me and professional trainers to alert that I need help. Overall I am really excited and want to make sure that it is the right decision for me.:):):)
