Hello all. Long time listener first time caller. Ha Ha
Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself and my beautiful girl Layla. I grew up with shepards and my dad breeds them in Colorado. I will be looking to breed mine in Utah this spring if anyone knows a good stud in the area.

You mentioned on my thread that you had a Yorkie ... did you do anything to seperate them or did you just leave them to work it out for themselves?
My Yorkie is basically a grumpy old man now and it doesnt bode well hehe - with his size and his old bones it worries me a bit how he will cope around a large energetic pup.... Any tips?

We left them be ours is a middle aged to almost aarp female yorkie so she had her snappiness towards layla. The yorkie tended to relocate herself to out of the way places during the initial growing pains. Snapping when Layla would get too close or try and play. She runs along side her now trying to get the ball ( i dont think she will ever get too old to play ball) Layla doesnt try to play with her much anymore just the big nose sniffing or big tongue kissing on occasion.
