Newbie from Chicago saying Hi

Hi everyone. New to this site, but not new to GSD. I just recently lost my dog Rocky to heart failure last week. So I'm kinda scouting around for a new one. My house is not a home unless I have a dog in it. Anyway, just saying Hi and checking out this site.

Hi there! We are new too! So sorry to hear about the loss of your friend...best of luck in finding a new one, although you can never quite fill the void...

I know there are quite a few GSD rescues in Chicago and it isn't hard to find a puppy either - if you are interested in giving yourself a whole bunch of work! ;)
