So glad you joined. I just lost my senior GSD in August. My new pup is a (best guess) Beagle, Brittany, JRT mix. Welcome to mutt world. LOL! I love the mixes. Like Forrest Gump's box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get.
Your dogs are gorgeous. You are right, this is a board with an awesome amount of information. I have learned so much here. I'm sure you will as well.

Oh and my old pit was pit/mastiff. So maybe his eyes Were mastiff eyes haha
