Hello there ! I am new to the GSD Forums, and would like to introduce myself.
My name is Amber, am 21 years old and a first time German Shepherd owner.
My pup's name is Piper, she's 5 months old, and such a sweetheart.
I recently got her, and actually was curious as to where to ask advice around here ?
Sorry if I am posting in the wrong area, but I'd love to hear some advice coming from fellow Shepherd parents~

Hi there, and welcome!

If you can't find any of the questions already answered on the search tool, just go ahead and ask it.

Go to Forums. Then find your category. If it's just general questions, there's a place for that. That specific part of the forums is meant for all the random dog questions and comments that don't fit anywhere else. As for anything more specific, just look for them in the topics. (Health, Training, Puppies, etc). Click create thread and there ya go!

Hello and Welcome to you Amber, do you have any pics of your girl Piper that you would like to share with us?

At the black strip at the top of the page, click forums and it will go to a page that has different categories to choose from. Just choose the one that is closest to the subject you want to discuss.

Welcome to you both. I love the name Piper. I do suggest you familiarize yourself with the different forums and read the sticky posts. But also feel welcome to post your specific questions.

Oohhh, okay ! That sounds easy enough, I'll start browsin' around and I'm sure I'll find my way eventually. Probably should have looked a little more before posting, but I got a little nervous when bringing her home and having all these questions, but I have looked into this site before I even adopted Piper, so signing up here to join the community of other GSD parents was one of my first thoughts !

Thank you very much ! I appreciate the welcome, and do apologize for not looking around more before posting again. ): I will now be looking around before and diggin' anywhere I can to find answer before repeating the same questions, haha.
