Hi!! From Cali transplanted in to Pa!!

Hi everyone!! I just moved to Pa with my 9mnth old male. He is mixed with Aussie Cattle and I don't know if there is a stigma against mixed GSD's but I hope not cause I could really use the support right now. We 'rescued' him when he was two months old and he has been an angel, such a sweet boy. He is, I should warn, my first puppy, so any advice is more than appreciated!! Thank you all!

Welcome to the forum! We welcome all types of dogs here, specially rescues..

If you go up to the narrow black bar across the top and click on User CP you can add your general location that will show up to the left of every post like my Poconos stuff so we can best help with specific tips.

Tommy, Thank you!! East coast is home though, born in Nc, Lived in Ga until I was 12, then I moved to Cali, but I am back!!

Karen, I put up an album (My big baby!!) with a few pictures of him from when he was 2-3 months and a couple more recent

Landos Mom: I am loving Philly, the adjustment was a lot harder for the pup than me and we are still working on getting him adjusted. He spent the last month before our move around me 24/7 because I quit my job to prep for moving and now he is suffering from some separation anxiety, any tips? How is your adjustment going? Are you liking Maryland?
