I am moving to Charlotte in June and would love to meet you guys. Also, my husband is moving there in 2 weeks and has yet to find a place to live. Any suggestions would be helpful. He will go next week to look around. He is looking for an apartment. Need a good neighborhood! Or if you know of a house with a fenced yard, let me know. Private message me with any information.
Thanks |

I've seen many houses for rent with fenced in yards as well around that area. Great place and there's a large nature park with lots of trails not even 10 minutes away by Lake Wylie. |

There are a number of apartments and condos near Southpark that are really nice. Not sure about allowing GSDs but there are a ton of people out here walking dogs/running etc. THe SE side [aka Matthews] is very nice--some nicer rental homes in the area and a ton of homes for sale to choose from at reasonable prices. I take my GSD to lake wylie on my boat and can attest to the other posters recommendation of that area a well--the Fort Mill/Rock hill SC area is more reasonable cost wise and lower taxes if you dont mind living a bit further away for the city.
We've been here about 10 yrs too, great city without being too big. |
