Hello from Upstate NY...pics :)

Good evening everyone!

I stumbled across this forum in my search for many many questions I have for my new pup. Just want to say its a great site and has helped me out very much already. Now onto the good stuff

I have a 1 1/2 year old lab/retriever mix that I adopted from the SPCA when he was 6 weeks old. We just finished obedience classes and I thought itd be a good idea for him to have a playmate. Sooo 2 weeks ago I saw a great looking gsd pup on the SPCA website. The SPCA said they found him as a stray at 4 weeks old in an urban neighborhood :/ The next day I went to the SPCA with my lab and the two got along wonderfully. A few hours later we adopted him and brought him home. As of now 'Niko' is 9 weeks old and is 15.2 pounds. He's a ball of energy and very smart for being a little guy. I know he is still young and its difficult to tell at this age but what do you think he is a mix of? Oh and of course here are some pictures...

Could be Lab/Shepherd but who knows ??

I have no idea what he's mixed with but he is adorable. I love the picture of the two together looking outside. Your boys are adorable.
