Hello from Western Washington!

Hello everyone,

I must admit that I have been checking around this site for a few weeks now, and just thought I'd finally get around to introducing myself! I'm so glad I've found a place online with so many wonderful GSD lovers.

I've grown up with them at my grandmother's my whole life. I've always loved these dogs, and am fortunate to share my life with Leyte, our remarkable rescue girl.

Though I am currently about 18 - 24 months away from acquiring my own "first" GSD pup and hopefully making my first foray into schutzhund (I'd like to wait until I've fully transitioned to a graduate program) I want to leave no stone unturned in the research/info gathering process. I have already learned so much here, and look forward to learning more!

Hello, welcome to the forum, I'm fairly new here and from kirkland myself, I have found that there are a lot of helpful people on this website and they're all supportive, and instead of trying to bash you for any reason, they try to help you out. Hope you enjoy this forum as much as I am. And good luck with finding a good GSD when the time comes.
