Hi from St. Louis!

Hi!

My name is Christina and I am new here! I recently opened my home up to a (now) 16 week GSD, whose name is Placebo. I also have a 5.5 y/o Golden Retriever whose name is Poseidon, and two cats.

Placebo is a working line GSD and is of course a ball of cute. Pics soon!

Ha! I've never lived anywhere else, how is this decking particularly St. Louis? We live in south city.

Just the fact that there is a deck, which may very well be the norm north but in Texas and Okla you don't see that many of them. I was in a split level in Ballwin so my deck was high off the ground with stairs to get down to ground level and that wasn't unusual for the area. And the basements! Oklahoma and Texas don't have basements yet they have the majority of tornados! It may have something to do with the water table. OKC has more (tornados) than any other city in the US.

Hogan, Samba and I are headed to St. Louis today to swim in my friend's dog friendly pool. Not much else to do in our lovely summer here in "Mozona".

Welcome to the board. You are lucky to live in St. Louis -- there are all sorts of doggy events in the area, plus many good training clubs.
